Kevin Geist
I got my start in the home building world early—really early.
At 12 years old, I was hired by my cousin to help with a home renovation by removing, cleaning, and salvaging old bricks. I’ll be honest, I was pretty bad at it. I broke a lot of bricks. Sorry, Bruce.
But that’s where it all began—working on homes alongside family, learning firsthand how much care, effort, and coordination goes into building something that truly matters.
Those humble beginnings laid the groundwork for a career in architecture that I’ve now been fortunate to practice for over 20 years. In that time, I had the privilege of learning under two exceptional mentors, Dennis Parsons of Parsons Architects and Michael Abraham of Michael Abraham Architecture. Under their guidance, I gained invaluable experience across a wide range of residential projects—from small additions for growing families to luxury estates destined for a magazine cover.
No matter the scale or price tag, the common thread in every project I take on is the same: passion, personal attention, and a genuine care for the people I’m working with.

We are a purposefully small architectural practice. Because of this, we only take on a select amount of projects each year to ensure we are able to provide personalized service to each and every one of our clients.

If you’ve done some research, you will quickly find that there is very little common ground when it comes to architectural fees. Because of this, we structure our fees specifically for each individual project and the level of service needed. If you have a project in mind, please reach out so we can gain more insight. If the project scope is well defined, we are able to provide fixed fee pricing up front, which we think is valuable for our clients.
